This statement explains what MyRefix collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.
Calculator information
Mortgage amounts, terms and rates entered in the calculator are processed in your browser. MyRefix does not send those values to its analytics service or attach them to your email address.
If you use the Share feature, the calculation values are placed in the link so the recipient can reproduce the result. Anyone with that link can see those values. Your most recently selected bank and rate type may also be remembered on your device to make a later visit quicker.
Rate alerts
If you subscribe, MyRefix stores your email address, selected banks, optional refix month, signup date and a random unsubscribe token. This information is used to send the alerts you requested and operate the subscription. It is not sold. You can unsubscribe from any alert email.
Aggregate product analytics
MyRefix counts a small set of events such as page views, completed calculations, shared results and rate-link clicks. These counters do not use cookies, visitor IDs, mortgage values or email addresses and are stored only as daily aggregate totals.
Service providers and storage
Rate-alert and aggregate event data is processed using Cloudflare services. Alert emails are delivered using Resend. These providers process information only to operate those services.
Your choices and rights
Providing an email address and refix month is voluntary. Without an email address, MyRefix cannot send alerts; the calculator remains available. To ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email [email protected].
